Quick pizza recipe:
-220 ml of lukewarm water
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-2 teaspoons of yeast
-1 teaspoon salt
-30 ml olive oil
- 400 grams of strength flour @nuterrafoods .
Mix the water with the yeast and sugar. Let stand 2 minutes.
Mix flour with the salt, add the water mixture and add the oil. Knead until the dough is homogeneous.
Divide into 3 round, smooth buns of the same weight.
Let sit for 2 hours at room temperature with a damp cloth on top
Stretch the dough with your fingertips to the edge, giving it the desired thickness.
Then add the ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees until the desired golden brown is achieved.
