Oatmeal bars by @larutasaludable.cl

-250 grams of whole oats
-150 grams of mix of seeds and chopped nuts.
- 75 grams of ground whole oats
(It can be replaced by some dry fruit flour)
- 200 grams of honey
- 80 grams of coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. The first thing, and very important, is to toast the oats and the nuts. Spread them on the oven tin and bake at 180 degrees, stirring occasionally, until golden.
2. Mix liquid ingredients: honey, coconut oil and vanilla (if the coconut oil is stiff, melt in the microwave and then mix) Reserve.
3. Once the oats and nuts are toasted, take them to a bowl and add the ground oats, salt, mix and add the liquid ingredients. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Then, spread the mixture on a table, press to form a very compact rectangle. It can be with the help of a frying pan or a usler on a silpat or alusaplast. Even the edges with the help of two large knives.
5. Once formed, refrigerate for at least two hours.
6. Finally, cut the bars and enjoy! To store them, keep them in the refrigerator for 5-6 days maximum.
